Poimen privacy policy
Last updated October 29, 2026
Poimen is a personal app used only by its developer. It is not distributed to the public.
What the app accesses
With the user's permission, through Google sign-in, Poimen accesses:
- Google Sheets: to read and update the user's own care-tracking spreadsheet.
- Google Calendar (read only): to see the user's schedule for the day.
- Google Drive app data folder: to store the app's own data file. The app cannot see other files in the user's Drive.
How data is handled
- Data stays in the user's own Google account and on the user's own phone.
- Notes stored in Drive are encrypted on the device with a passphrase only the user knows.
- The developer runs no servers. Nothing is sent to the developer or any third party.
- No analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
- Google user data is never sold, shared or used for any purpose other than the features above.
Removing access
Access can be removed at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Uninstalling the app removes its data from the phone.
